ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਿਰਮਲਾ ਸੀਤਾਰਮਣ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਬਜਟ 2026–27 ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਹਤ ਲਈ ਰਕਮ ਵਧਾ ਕੇ ₹1.04 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਖਰਚ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਸਕਲ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਉਤਪਾਦ(GDP) ਦਾ ਲੱਗਭਗ 0.29% ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਕਮ ਦੇ ਅਣਖਰਚਿਆ ਰਹਿਣ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਢਲੀਆਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਘਾਟ ਦੀਆਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟਾਂ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੇ.ਪੀ. ਨੱਡਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਇਹ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਬਜਟ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ। ਕੀ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਿਹਤ ‘ਤੇ ਵੱਧਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਾਸਤਵ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਐਲਾਨਾਂ, ਬਜਟ ਦੇ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਫਰਕ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਵੱਡੇ ਢਾਂਚਾਗਤ ਸੁਧਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ?
