ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ 154 ਹੋਰ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਕਲੀਨਿਕ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਲ ਗਿਣਤੀ 1,244 ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਓ.ਪੀ.ਡੀ. ਦੌਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਧੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਕਵਰ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ, ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਉਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਮਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਕਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਅਸਲ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਪਰਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ? ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ 1,244 ਕਲੀਨਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀ ਗਿਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਕੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਕਲੀਨਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਹੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਸਾਬਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ? ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਪਲਬਧਤਾ, ਦਵਾਈਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ, ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਉਡੀਕ ਸਮੇਂ ਅਤੇ ਇਲਾਜ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਦਾ ਜਨਤਕ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਹੈ ?
