ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਸੰਕਟ ਕਈ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਆਗੂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਿਵਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੌਹਾਨ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣ ’ਤੇ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਨੂੰ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਲਾਈ, ਉਹ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਇਨ੍ਹੇ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸੰਕਟ ਬਾਰੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ? ਕੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਦਰਦ ਨੂੰ ਚੋਣ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਪੰਜਾਬ-ਕੇਂਦਰਿਤ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੱਖੇ ?
