BJP is preparing to make unemployment and youth concerns part of its Punjab campaign. But raising the issue is easier than convincing young voters that the party has a Punjab-specific plan for jobs, skills, industry and migration. With 2027 approaching, can BJP turn its youth campaign into a genuine political connection with Punjab’s young voters or will “jobs” remain another election talking point ?

ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਉਠਾਉਣਾ ਸੌਖਾ ਹੈ; ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣਾ ਔਖਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ, ਹੁਨਰ, ਉਦਯੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਵਾਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਠੋਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਹੈ। 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਹਨ। ਕੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਸਲ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਜੁੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਸਕੇਗੀ ਜਾਂ “ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ” ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਚੋਣ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ?
