2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ “ਇਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ, ਇਕ ਟਿਕਟ” ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਨਿਯਮ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸੁਖਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰੰਧਾਵਾ ਨੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਟਿਕਟ ਮਿਲਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਇਕੋ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਇਕ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦਾਅਵੇਦਾਰ ਹੋਣ। ਇਹ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ, ਨਿਰਪੱਖਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ 'ਤੇ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ, ਇਕ ਟਿਕਟ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਹੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਸੌਟੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ?
