Punjab BJP often speaks about women empowerment, and its Mahila Morcha regularly conducts outreach programmes, membership drives, and public campaigns across the state. Leaders such as Jai Inder Kaur and Preneet Kaur remain among the party's most recognisable women faces in Punjab. However, critics argue that beyond a handful of prominent names, women continue to have limited representation in winnable seats and the party's most influential decision-making positions.
