ਤੀਕਸ਼ਨ ਸੂਦ ਲੰਬੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਸਜੇ-ਸੰਵਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਿਤ ਸ਼ਹਿਰੀ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਅਜਿਹੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਵੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਠਾ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਕਈ ਲੋਕ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਸੂਦ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਘੇਰਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਸੀਮਤ ਰਹੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਨਭਾਵਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾ ਸਕੇ। ਹੁਣ ਜਦੋਂ 2027 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਫੈਲਾਅ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਟਿਕਸ਼ਨ ਸੂਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਵੱਡਾ ਜਨਨੇਤਾ ਬਣਨ ਦੀ ਭੁੱਖ ਬਾਕੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਠਾ, ਉਡੀਕ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਫਸਿਆ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਰਹਿ ਗਏ ਹਨ ?
