ਫਲੈਗਸ਼ਿਪ ‘ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ’ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ-ਪੱਧਰੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਕੁਝ ਥਾਵਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਟੀਨ ਸ਼ੈੱਡਾਂ ਹੇਠ ਪੜ੍ਹਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਜਦੋਂਕਿ ਇਮਾਰਤਾਂ ਅਜੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਐਲਾਨ, ਮਾਡਲ ਦੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਹੈ, ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਕਲਾਸਰੂਮ। ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ‘ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਤ ਹੈ ? ਕੀ ਇਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਪੜਾਅ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮਾਡਲ ਇਮਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ ?
