ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ “ਕੱਟੜ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ” ਦੱਸਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਜਵਾਬੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ “ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਾਜ਼ਿਸ਼” ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਇਰਾਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਤੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਜਿੱਤ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਦ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਮੋੜ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਵਾਲੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਜੋ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਬਣਿਆ ਰਿਹਾ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਟਿਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਲਈ ਸਾਫ਼ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਬਰੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਹੁਣ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਚੋਣੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਬਣੇਗੀ ?
