2022 ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਰ ਬਾਲਗ ਔਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ₹1,000 ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਹੁਣ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਦਬਾਅ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਕਰਨ, ਇਸਨੂੰ ਚੋਣਵਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਦੇ ਆਖਰੀ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅੰਤਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਸਵਾਲ ਸਿਰਫ ਭਲਾਈ ਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਸਮਾਂ, ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਭਰੋਸੇਯੋਗਤਾ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਸਭ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਸੋਧੀ ਗਈ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਸਹੀ ਕਦਮ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਖਰੀ ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਚੋਣੀ ਕਦਮ ?
