118 ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਸੰਸਦ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਓਮ ਬਿਰਲਾ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਦੇਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੋਲਣ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਨਾ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਣਿੰਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਏ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਇਹ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਹੁਣ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਸਦ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ’ਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਸੱਤਾ ਪੱਖ ਦੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਣ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਦਿੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਹਟਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਪੱਖ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਸਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਮੁੜ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦੌਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟ ਰਹੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਨ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ?
