ਜਦੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ 2027 ਲਈ 60–70% ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਤੇ ਸੁਧਾਰਕ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਅਸਲੀ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੇਤੂ ਹਲਕੇ, ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਠਨ ‘ਤੇ ਅਸਲੀ ਕਾਬੂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੇ ਧਾਗੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ‘ਚ ਰਹਿਣ ? ਜੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ, ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਹਕੂਮਤ ‘ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ “ਨੌਜਵਾਨੀ” ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਸਵਾਲ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਪਾਵਰ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਦਲਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ ? ਚੋਣੀ ਦਬਾਅ ਵਧਣ ‘ਤੇ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਨਵੀਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਾਇਮ ਰਹੇਗੀ ਜਾਂ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ?
