ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਦੋ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਮਾਝਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀਜ਼. ਦੇ ਨਿਲੰਬਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ “ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ” ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਦੂਜੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦਿਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਅਸਥਿਰਤਾ, ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ, ਵਿਜੀਲੈਂਸ ਛਾਪੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੀਮਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ। ਤਾਂ ਅਸਲੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਨਿਲੰਬਨ ਉੱਪਰਲੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਧਿਆਨ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਸੌਖਾ ਰਾਹ ਬਣ ਗਏ ਹਨ ?
