ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮਨਰੇਗਾ ਨੂੰ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਮਸਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੋਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਲੜਾਈ “ਹਰ ਘਰ” ਤੱਕ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਇੱਕ ਅਸਹਿਜ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਹਾਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਦੇਸ਼ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਮਨਰੇਗਾ ਚਲਾਇਆ, ਉਹ ਅੱਜ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਬੋਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ? ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਜਕਾਲ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਘਾਟ ਰਹੀ, ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਖੁਦ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਠੋਸ ਵਿਕਲਪਕ ਮਾਡਲ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ? ਤਾਂ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਇਹ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਗੁਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਬੜਤ ਮੁੜ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ? ਕੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਲਈ ਅਸਲੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਹਾਸ਼ੀਏ ‘ਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਲਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
