ਕਦੇ ਖੇਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦਾ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਰਹੇ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜਾਖੜ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਮਨਰੇਗਾ (ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਗਾਰੰਟੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ) ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਰੋਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਹਟਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ–ਰਾਜ ਖ਼ਰਚ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਬੋਝ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਉਦੋਂ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਬਾਅ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਵਾਲ ਸਾਫ਼ ਹੈ, ਕੀ ਜਾਖੜ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਪੇਂਡੂ ਨੀਤੀਗਤ ਵਿਕਲਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਚਾਅ ਉਸ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰੀ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਅਕਸਰ ਆਖ਼ਰੀ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਡ 2047 ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਅਗਲੇ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ?
