With Assembly elections just sixteen months away, AAP leaders in Sangrur are racing to lay foundation stones for dozens of sports stadiums and development projects in Sunam, Lehra, and Dirba. From stadiums in 29 villages to cheques for local infrastructure, the timing raises eyebrows: are these projects truly for public benefit, or just a vote-winning spectacle? Is “Har Pind Khed Maidan” truly about villages and youth, or just a clever slogan to impress voters?
Voting
A) Genuine effort, villages and youth will actually benefit.
B) Pure election stunt, just for media photos and slogans.
C) A mix, some real benefits, but mostly political show.
D) Clever marketing, voters’ eyes on projects, not long-term results.
With Raja Warring now holding daily press conferences accusing AAP of promoting gangsters, hijacking the election machinery, and pushing Punjab toward anarchy, one thing is becoming clearer than his allegations, Congress seems to be shouting louder than acting.

Two-time Adampur MLA (2012 and 2017) Pawan Kumar Tinu fought the 2022 election on a SAD ticket and lost, and by 2024 he abandoned the party completely, calling SAD "leaderless" before joining AAP at a time when the party desperately needed a new Dalit face for the Jalandhar Lok Sabha seat. Now praising AAP’s two-year governance and presenting himself as a loyal soldier, the bigger question ahead of 2027 is, will Aam Aadmi Party field Tinu from Adampur despite his Lok Sabha defeat ?
