Each session costs the state nearly ₹1 Crore, yet NAPA says not a single resolution has shown real results on the ground. At a time of debt, job stress, and weak public services, are these sessions about solving problems or about creating headlines and optics ? And if resolutions stay on paper, does this point to weak governance under Mann’s leadership rather than strong intent ?
