When election pressure rises, will renewal survive convenience ?
जब पंजाब कांग्रेस 2027 में 60–70% युवा उम्मीदवार उतारने की बात करती है, तो यह वादा साहसी और सुधारवादी लगता है, लेकिन असली परीक्षा नारे के बाद शुरू होती है। क्या युवा नेताओं को जीतने योग्य सीटें, निर्णय लेने की ताक़त और संगठन पर वास्तविक नियंत्रण मिलेगा या उन्हें केवल बदलाव का चेहरा बना कर पेश किया जाएगा, जबकि डोर अब भी पुराने नेताओं के हाथ में रहेगी ? अगर नशे, बेरोज़गारी और शासन से जुड़े अविश्वास जैसी गहरी समस्याओं का समाधान “युवा नेतृत्व” को बताया जा रहा है, तो सवाल साफ़ है, क्या पार्टी अपने आंतरिक सत्ता ढांचे को बदलने के लिए भी तैयार है ? चुनावी दबाव बढ़ने पर क्या यह नवीनीकरण टिकेगा या सुविधा के आगे झुक जाएगा ?
