With the 2027 Punjab elections approaching, the BJP is aiming to expand beyond its traditional urban base. Even if it cannot name leaders for all 117 seats, announcing faces in its priority constituencies could help voters identify local leadership and understand the party’s plans. If BJP wants to challenge Punjab’s established parties in 2027, shouldn’t it first reveal its key constituency-level faces or can it build support without showing voters who will lead on the ground ?
