So now Punjab Government says one private organisation can run only five de-addiction centres. But for years, 10 businessmen ran 117 centres, sold a ₹3 tablet for ₹300, created fake addicts, and built an entire business empire on addiction. And why nobody in power noticed? Was this ‘De-Addiction’ or State-Sponsored addiction management?
अब पंजाब सरकार कह रही है कि कोई भी निजी संस्था सिर्फ पाँच नशा मुक्ति केंद्र चला सकती है। लेकिन सालों तक 10 व्यवसायी 117 नशा मुक्ति केंद्र चलाते रहे, ₹3 की गोली ₹300 में बेची गई, फर्जी मरीज बनाए गए और नशे पर ही पूरा व्यापारिक साम्राज्य खड़ा कर दिया गया व सत्ता में बैठे किसी को कुछ क्यों दिखाई नहीं दिया? ये नशा मुक्ति केंद्र था या सरकारी संरक्षण में नशा प्रबंधन?
