Yet despite years of organisational expansion and high-profile inductions, the party continues to struggle for meaningful electoral acceptance in Punjab. This raises a bigger question: Is the BJP genuinely building a grassroots movement in Punjab, or simply conducting another election-season pilgrimage in search of votes ?
