Yet as 2027 approaches, the party seems increasingly dependent on national leaders, outside strategists and imported political firepower to drive its campaign. The question is: If Punjab BJP already has leaders like Sunil Jakhar and Ashwani Sharma, why does every major political push seem to come from somewhere else ? Have the party's biggest Punjab faces become symbols of leadership, while the real decisions and momentum are being generated outside the state ?
