ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਮੁੜ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਖਰੀਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣੇ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਕੋਟਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਲਈ ₹5 ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ, ਨਵੀਆਂ ਛੋਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੀਆਂ ਇਕਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ GST ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹਤ, ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਰਾਜ ਖਤਮ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਹਿੰਦ ਵਿੱਚ 1,000 ਏਕੜ ਦਾ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਸਤਾਵ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਕਸਦ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਉਦਯੋਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਖਿੱਚਣਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਅਸਲ ਪਰਖ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ, ਫੰਡਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਉਤੇ ਪੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਸਰ ਦੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਕੀ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ‘ਮੇਡ ਇਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ’ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਠੋਸ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਨੀਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਸਕਣਗੇ ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਲਈ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਚੋਣਾਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਣਗੇ ?

ਲੰਮੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਰਹਿਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਮੁੜ ਗੱਠਜੋੜ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੱਠਜੋੜ ਨੇ 1997 ਵਿੱਚ 93 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ 2007 ਤੇ 2012 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੱਤਾ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖੀ ਸੀ। ਪਰ 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਤਾਕਤ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਘਟੀ ਅਤੇ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲੜਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡਾ ਝਟਕਾ ਲੱਗਾ। 2024 ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਵੋਟ ਬੈਂਕ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਕ-ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਾ, ਸੀਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਗੁਆਚਿਆ ਜਨ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਗੁਆਚਿਆ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਆਧਾਰ ਮੁੜ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਗੱਠਜੋੜ 2027 ਦੀਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹੋਂਦ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ ?
