किसी भी राज्य में नए औद्योगिक उपभोक्ताओं की संख्या के विकास से सीधा पता चलेगा कि एक साल में कितनी औद्योगिक क्रांति आई है? पिछले साल पंजाब में कुल मिला कर 23 ज़िलों में लगभग 3,400 नए औद्योगिक कनेक्शन जारी हुए हैं।

That raises an intriguing question: If leaders who accurately warned about the consequences of 2021 are now being left out of key consultations, is Congress listening to its most experienced voices, or repeating the very habits that contributed to its earlier setbacks ? As the party prepares another reset ahead of 2027, is it learning from history, or merely reorganising around it ?
मनीष तिवारी का कहना है कि 2021 में कैप्टन अमरिंदर सिंह को हटाना एक गलती थी और यदि कांग्रेस उसी रास्ते पर चलती रहती तो उसका प्रदर्शन बेहतर हो सकता था। वहीं दूसरी ओर, तिवारी का दावा है कि पंजाब कांग्रेस में हालिया संगठनात्मक बदलावों को लेकर उनसे कोई सलाह-मशवरा नहीं किया गया। इससे एक दिलचस्प सवाल खड़ा होता है: अगर 2021 के फैसलों के नतीजों को लेकर चेतावनी देने वाले नेताओं को ही आज अहम चर्चाओं से बाहर रखा जा रहा है, तो क्या कांग्रेस अपने सबसे अनुभवी नेताओं की बात सुन रही है, या फिर वही गलतियां दोहरा रही है जिन्होंने उसे पहले नुकसान पहुंचाया था ? 2027 से पहले जब पार्टी एक बार फिर खुद को नए सिरे से तैयार कर रही है, लेकिन क्या वह इतिहास से सबक सीख रही है या सिर्फ उसका नया संस्करण तैयार कर रही है ?
Punjab Congress is once again discussing leadership changes, social equations, observers' reports and organisational restructuring ahead of 2027. But for many party workers, the situation feels strikingly similar to 2021, when the party reshuffled its leadership in the hope of reviving its fortunes, only to suffer a major setback in the 2022 election. The question is: Has Congress truly learned from the lessons of 2021, or is it preparing to relive them ? As Rahul Gandhi and the high command work on another reset, will this exercise finally produce a winning formula, or become another reminder that changing leaders is easier than changing outcomes ?
