ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁਰੀ ਨੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਹੁਣ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਅਗਲੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੈ। ਕਦੇ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੀ ਜੂਨੀਅਰ ਭਾਗੀਦਾਰ ਰਹੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਵੱਧ ਮਹੱਤਵਾਕਾਂਕਸ਼ੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੀ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧੇ ਮਤ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਕਈ ਵੱਧ ਸੀਟਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਲੜਨ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੁਰੀ ਇਹ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਹੁਣ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਾਸੀਏ ਦਾ ਸੂਬਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਦੀ। ਪਰ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ 'ਤੇ ਆਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਉਮੀਦ 'ਤੇ ਕਿ 'ਆਪ' ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰੀਆਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਲਈ ਥਾਂ ਬਣਾ ਦੇਣਗੀਆਂ ? ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਦੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਬਣੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ-ਪਰੀਖਣ ?
