ਸੁਨੀਲ ਜਾਖੜ ਦਾ ਦਾਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ-ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਹੁਣ “ਜ਼ਮੀਨ 'ਤੇ ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਬਰੀ ਵਸੂਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ” ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉੱਥੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 7 ਦਿਨ ਦੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਪਰ ਆਪ ਖੁਦ 30 ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ 'ਚ ਦਿਸੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ। ਤਾਂ ਅਸਲ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ: ਕੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ‘ਚ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਿਅੰਤਰਣ ਗੁਆ ਬੈਠੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਇਸ ਹਾਲਤ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾ ਚੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੇ ਦਿਖਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ 2027 ਵਿੱਚ AAP ਦੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਦਿੱਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ?
