An issue worth consideration is that, in the year 2022, announcements of 600 free units were in circulation, and 2 lakh 96 thousand new domestic consumers were added.
For generations, a good job meant a good salary, stability and career growth. Gen Z seems to be rewriting that formula, asking for flexibility, purpose, mental well-being and boundaries alongside the paycheck. But when work gets tough, is this a healthier approach to ambition or are young workers simply becoming less willing to “hustle” like earlier generations ?
