ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 2021 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਹਟਾਉਣਾ ਇਕ ਗਲਤੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਉਸੇ ਰਾਹ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ। ਇਸੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਤਮਕ ਬਦਲਾਵਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੋਈ ਸਲਾਹ-ਮਸ਼ਵਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਦਿਲਚਸਪ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ: ਜੇ 2021 ਦੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਚੇਤਾਵਨੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਜ ਅਹਿਮ ਮਸ਼ਵਰਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਤਜਰਬੇਕਾਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਸੁਣ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਹੀ ਆਦਤਾਂ ਦੁਹਰਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਸੀ ? 2027 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਰੀਸੈੱਟ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਸਬਕ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਨਵੇਂ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਹਰਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
