ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ 92 ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਦਾ ਇਕ ਛੱਤ ਹੇਠ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਆਮ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੁਨੇਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਇੰਚਾਰਜ ਭੂਪੇਸ਼ ਬਘੇਲ ਦੇ ਸੰਕਟ ਸੁਲਝਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਯਤਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਅਸੰਤੋਸ਼ ਹੋਰ ਵੱਧ ਸੰਗਠਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਇਕਾਈ ਦਾ ਏਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਦੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇਆਮ ਸਵਾਲ ਉਠਾਏ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਆਗੂ 'ਤੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਦੀ ਕਮੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਗਠਨ 'ਤੇ ਪਕੜ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ? ਜੇ ਹਾਈਕਮਾਂਡ ਇਸ ਤਾਕਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਜ਼ਰਅੰਦਾਜ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਕਾਇਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰਲੀਆਂ ਦਰਾਰਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਡੂੰਘੀਆਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ ?
