But this raises a sharper question: Before selling the "Punjab Model" to other states, shouldn't the Government first convince people in Punjab that the model works seamlessly on the ground ? With recurring questions over healthcare infrastructure, implementation and reports of pending dues to hospitals under the scheme, is the AAP exporting a success story, or marketing a work in progress ?

Yet instead of projecting unity, the exercise appears to have triggered fresh dissatisfaction, with senior leaders openly expressing resentment and factional fault lines refusing to disappear. This raises a larger question about Rahul Gandhi's leadership: Is the Congress suffering from a crisis of decision-making where every compromise creates a new rebellion ? If a leadership overhaul takes months but still fails to unite the party or inspire confidence, is the Congress confusing delay with strategy ? Has the party become so busy balancing egos that it has forgotten how to build a winning organisation ?
