The Punjab and Haryana High Court has handed the CBI an investigation into allegations raised by the ED involving Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann’s OSD and others. The allegations include influence over transfers, postings, government approvals and access to confidential documents. AAP came to power promising to clean Punjab’s political system, so if allegations now reach the Chief Minister’s Office, has the anti-corruption crusade run into its own power circle ?

Proposals - SUNLO

A) The party that promised to clean up Punjab now faces allegations linked to the CM’s own office.

B) AAP blamed the old political system for corruption, now its own administration faces a CBI probe.

C) Calling the probe politically motivated may not erase the questions surrounding alleged access and influence.

D) If “zero tolerance” was the promise, the CM’s office is now where AAP must prove it.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਹਾਈ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੇ ਓ.ਐਸ.ਡੀ. ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਈ.ਡੀ. ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਸੀ.ਬੀ.ਆਈ. ਨੂੰ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਬਾਦਲਿਆਂ, ਤਾਇਨਾਤੀਆਂ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਪਤ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਹੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਨੂੰ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਸੀ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਹੁਣ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਹੁਣ ਓਸੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਘੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਦਾ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ?
