Staff unions have threatened protests and an indefinite service suspension if their demands remain unmet. ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ 117 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ 92 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਜਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਪਰ 2024 ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 33 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗੇ ਰਹੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਤੇ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਘਟਦਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ, ਕੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ 2027 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਮੁੜ ਜਿੱਤ ਸਕੇਗੀ ਜਾਂ 2022 ਦੀ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਜਿੱਤ ਉਸ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸਿਖਰ ਸੀ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਣਾ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ? ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ ?
