The Aam Aadmi Party entered Punjab in 2022 with a historic mandate and the promise of a different kind of politics. But ahead of 2027, the party is no longer the challenger—it is the Government defending its five-year record. Questions around governance, drugs, jobs, migration, finances, internal political tensions and controversies involving its leaders could make the next election very different from 2022. The bigger political challenge for AAP is whether it can shift the conversation from "what it promised" to "what it actually delivered." Has the party done enough to convince Punjab that it deserves another five years ?

ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਜਨਮਤ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਈ ਸੀ। ਪਰ 2027 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਹੁਣ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਾਰਡ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਸ਼ਾਸਨ, ਨਸ਼ੇ, ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ, ਪਰਵਾਸ, ਵਿੱਤੀ ਹਾਲਾਤ, ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਖਿੱਚਤਾਣ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਵਰਗੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਚੋਣ ਨੂੰ 2022 ਤੋਂ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਵੱਖਰਾ ਬਣਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਨੂੰ “ਕੀ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ” ਤੋਂ “ਕੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ” ਵੱਲ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣ ?
