ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ 2022 ਤੋਂ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ₹1.89 ਲੱਖ ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ 6.31 ਲੱਖ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇਣ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਮੌਕੇ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਬੇਰੁਜ਼ਗਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੂਜੇ ਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਣਾ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਚਿੰਤਾਵਾਂ ਹਨ। ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾਅਵਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਬਦਲ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਡੇ ਅੰਕੜਿਆਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਿੱਠ ਥਾਪੜ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਬੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ?
