ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੀ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਤੱਕ ਵੇਚਣੀ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਆਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੀਅਰ ’ਤੇ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਮਹਿੰਗੀਆਂ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ, ਬ੍ਰਾਂਡਿਡ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ, ਕੈਫ਼ੇ, ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਚਮਕ-ਦਮਕ ਵਾਲੀ ਲਾਈਫ਼ਸਟਾਈਲ ਦੀ ਦੌੜ ਹਾਵੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ? ਕੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਦਾ ਸਟੂਡੈਂਟ ਡ੍ਰੀਮ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਸਟੇਟਸ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਖਾਵੇ ਦਾ ਸੁਪਨਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ?
