ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ 2027 ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਚੋਣ ਤਾਕਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਰਾਵਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 3 ਸੀਟਾਂ ਮਿਲੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ 2024 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 1 ਸੀਟ ਮਿਲੀ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਜਨਤਕ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਕਹਿ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ 117 ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਸੀਟਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਮ ’ਤੇ ਚੋਣ ਲੜੇਗੀ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਧੜੇ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਰੁਖ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ, ਅਕਾਲੀ ਧੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਪਾਉਂਦਾ ਅਤੇ 2027 ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਵੱਡਾ ਝਟਕਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਬਾਦਲ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਲੰਮੇ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਦੌਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਤ ਦਾ ਮੋੜ ਬਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ?
