As Arvind Kejriwal asks Goa to replicate Punjab's ₹10 Lakhs health insurance model, the AAP is projecting Punjab as the gold standard of healthcare. But this raises a sharper question: Before selling the "Punjab Model" to other states, shouldn't the Government first convince people in Punjab that the model works seamlessly on the ground ? With recurring questions over healthcare infrastructure, implementation and reports of pending dues to hospitals under the scheme, is the AAP exporting a success story, or marketing a work in progress ?

Suggestions - SLAH

A) Punjab's health insurance scheme is a progressive model that deserves to be replicated.

B) A model should first deliver consistently at home before being promoted across India.

C) Big announcements mean little unless hospitals, patients and payments all function smoothly.

D) Good governance is judged by results on the ground, not by how well it is marketed.

ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਗੋਆ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ₹10 ਲੱਖ ਸਿਹਤ ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਪਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਸਲਾਹ ਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮਾਡਲ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਇਕ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ: ਕੀ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ "ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮਾਡਲ" ਦਿਖਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿੱਤਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮਾਡਲ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ? ਜਦੋਂ ਸਿਹਤ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ, ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਭੁਗਤਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਵਾਲ ਉੱਠ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ 'ਆਪ' ਇਕ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਮਾਡਲ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਹਾਲੇ ਅਧੂਰੀ ਕਹਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
