After months of consultations, meetings and delays, the Congress finally unveiled its Punjab leadership revamp. Yet instead of projecting unity, the exercise appears to have triggered fresh dissatisfaction, with senior leaders openly expressing resentment and factional fault lines refusing to disappear. This raises a larger question about Rahul Gandhi's leadership: Is the Congress suffering from a crisis of decision-making where every compromise creates a new rebellion ? If a leadership overhaul takes months but still fails to unite the party or inspire confidence, is the Congress confusing delay with strategy ? Has the party become so busy balancing egos that it has forgotten how to build a winning organisation ?

A) The Congress cannot revive unless decisive leadership replaces endless internal balancing.

B) Delayed decisions lose their value when they fail to unite the organisation or energise the cadre.

C) A party that repeatedly alienates its own senior leaders cannot expect workers or voters to feel confident.

D) The Congress needs a clear political direction, not another exercise in managing competing factions.

ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ, ਵਿਚਾਰ-ਵਟਾਂਦਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਲੰਬੇ ਇੰਤਜ਼ਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਨੇ ਆਖ਼ਿਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਤਮਕ ਫੇਰਬਦਲ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ। ਪਰ ਏਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਈ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਅਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਜਤਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਧੜੇਬੰਦੀ ਇਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆ ਗਈ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ 'ਤੇ ਇਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਸੰਕਟ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਹਰ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਇਕ ਨਵੀਂ ਬਗਾਵਤ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ? ਜੇ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਵਾਇਦ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾ ਇਕਜੁੱਟ ਹੋ ਸਕੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਵਰਕਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵਾਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਜਗਾ ਸਕੀ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ 'ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਫ਼ੈਸਲੇ ਟਾਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ? ਕੀ ਧੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਇਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਅਤੇ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਸੰਗਠਨ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਹੀ ਭੁੱਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ ?
