ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦੁਵਿਧਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਰਾਜਾ ਵੜਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਦਲਿਤ, ਜੱਟ ਸਿੱਖ ਅਤੇ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਸਮਾਜਕ ਸਮੀਕਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਵੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਨ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਹਨ, ਜਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਅਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤਤਾ ? ਕੀ "ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਉਚਿਤ" ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਸੋਚੀ-ਸਮਝੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਤੈਅ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ ?
