ਰਾਜ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਜਕਾਲ ਖਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਇਕ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਜਪਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਨਜ਼ਰਾਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਮੂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਲੀਡਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਿੱਖ ਚਿਹਰਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਧਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਨਾਲ, ਬਿੱਟੂ ਹੁਣ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਕ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਦਾ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ: ਕੀ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇੱਕ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰ ਆਗੂ ਨੂੰ ਇਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਹ ਚੁੱਪਚਾਪ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੂੰ 2027 ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ? ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਏਨਾ ਵੱਡਾ ਦਾਅ ਲਗਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਉਹ ਆਗੂ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਵੱਧਾਉਣਗੇ, ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਅਹਿਸਾਸ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰਤਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ?
