But for many party workers, the situation feels strikingly similar to 2021, when the party reshuffled its leadership in the hope of reviving its fortunes, only to suffer a major setback in the 2022 election. The question is: Has Congress truly learned from the lessons of 2021, or is it preparing to relive them ?
