ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ 'ਆਪ' ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਲਕਾ ਇੰਚਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੀ ਚੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਰੋਜ਼ ਤਿੰਨ ਲੋਕ ਮਿਲਣੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ, ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਾਰਡ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਦਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਵੀ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਉਸ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਨੂੰ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬਾ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਏਨਾ ਵੱਡੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਕਿਉਂ ਪੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ? ਜੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਵੋਟਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਜ਼ੈਂਟੇਸ਼ਨਾਂ, ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਕਾਰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਸਮਝਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ ? ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਆਗੂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਫੰਡਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਊਟਰੀਚ ਟੀਚਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਕਿ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਕਈ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਾਉਣਾ ਬਾਕੀ ਹੈ ?
