ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਹਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੀਮਾ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਡਿਜ਼ਿਟਲ ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਕਾਰਡ ਵੰਡ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ‘ਆਪ’ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਸਬੂਤ ਦੱਸ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇਕ ਤਿੱਖਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਵੀ ਉੱਠ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਬਿਤਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਆਖ਼ਿਰ ਕਿਉਂ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਹੁਣ 2027 ’ਤੇ ਟਿਕੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ? ਜੇਕਰ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਵਾਰ-ਵਾਰ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਂਚ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੇ ਸਮਾਗਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ? ਅਤੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ-ਜਿਵੇਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਕੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਹਨ, ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵੋਟਰ ਜਲਦ ਹੀ ਅਧੂਰੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਮੰਗ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ ?
