As AICC in-charge for Punjab, Bhupesh Baghel is responsible for overseeing the Congress organisation in the state and helping prepare the party for the crucial 2027 Assembly elections. While much of the recent speculation has focused on possible changes within the Punjab Congress leadership, some political observers are asking a different question.
