ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਚਰਚਿਤ “ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ” ਹੁਣ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ 'ਚ ਘਿਰ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਕੁਲਤਾਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੰਧਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਘੇਰਾਓ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਲੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ, ਸਗੋਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੀਤੀ 2020, ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਖਵੇਂਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਣਸੁਣੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਨਾਲ। ਇੱਕ ਪਾਸੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ “ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ” ਦਾ ਜਸ਼ਨ ਮਨਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਹੀ ਤਸਵੀਰ ਦਿਖਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾ, ਅਣਦੇਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਣਵਾਈ ਲਈ ਸੜਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਰੀ। ਜਦੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਲਾਸਰੂਮ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਦੇ ਗੇਟ ਬਾਹਰ ਖੜ੍ਹਨਾ ਪਏ, ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਕੰਧਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਚਿਪਕਾਉਣੀਆਂ ਪੈਣ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਸੁਣਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ, ਤਾਂ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਕੀ “ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ” ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਲਈ ਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਦਿਖਾਵੇ ਲਈ ? ਅਤੇ ਜੇ ਇਹੀ ਕ੍ਰਾਂਤੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਲੱਗ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
