ਸੁਨੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜਾਖੜ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਲਈ ₹814 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੀ ਗ੍ਰਾਂਟ ਮੁੜ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸਦਾ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਿਹਰਾ ਖੁਦ ਲੈ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪੱਖਪਾਤ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਢਾਂਚਾਗਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਾਂ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਫੰਡ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵਰਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨੇ ਪਏ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਰਾਜ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਜ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਸਿਹਰਾ ਲੈਣ ਅਤੇ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਲੜਾਈ ਬਣ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
