ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ’ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਰੇਖਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ “ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਨਹੀਂ, ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ” ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ₹2,500 ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣੀ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ। ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ, ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੁੱਝ ਜਨਤਕ ਗਲਤੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਚਰਚਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ। ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਮੁੜ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਏ ਹਨ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਮੀਦਾਂ ਵੱਧ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਰੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਚਰਚਾ ਹੁਣ ਇਰਾਦਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੱਟ ਕੇ ਜ਼ਮੀਨੀ ਨਤੀਜਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਰੇਖਾ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਆਪਣਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਾਂ ਸੁਸਤ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਗਿਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਫਿਰ ਵਧਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ?
