ਪੰਜਾਬ ਬਜਟ ’ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਾਣਾ ਗੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਏ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਖੇਤੀ ਨੀਤੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਖੇਤੀ ਸੈਕਟਰ ਲਈ ਐਲਾਨ ₹15,377 ਕਰੋੜ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ’ਤੇ ਵੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਜਤਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਭਾਸ਼ਣਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਲ ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਤਾਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਸਲ ਬਦਲਾਅ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਜਾਂ ਕਣਕ ਅਤੇ ਚੌਲਾ ਦੇ ਭੰਡਾਰਨ ਸੰਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਗੰਭੀਰਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿਖ ਰਹੀ।
