ਈਰਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਰਵੋਚ ਨੇਤਾ ਦੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ‘ਤੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਲਈ ਸੋਨੀਆ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ “ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੁੰਹ ਮੋੜਣ” ਦਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਸਿੱਧਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਨੀਤੀ ‘ਤੇ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹੈ। ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਛਵੀ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਨੇਤਾ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਸੰਭਲ ਕੇ ਕਦਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ। ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੀ ਇਹ ਚੋਣਵੀਂ ਕਰੜੀ ਇੱਕ ਸੋਚੀ-ਸਮਝੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਇਹ ਚੁੱਪ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿੱਖੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੂਟਨੀਤਿਕ ਜੋਖ਼ਮ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਹੌਸਲੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਅਸਹਜ ਖਾਲੀਪਨ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਅਗੇਤੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਵਜੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਮੁਖੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੱਤਿਆ ‘ਤੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਰਹਿ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਇਹ ਸੰਤੁਲਿਤ ਚੁੱਪ ਮੋਦੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਨੀਤੀ ਦੀ ਇਕਸਾਰਤਾ ‘ਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ?
