ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ’ਤੇ ਦੋਸ਼ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੇ, ਖ਼ਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਓਲਡ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਸਕੀਮ (OPS), ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤੇ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ’ਤੇ। ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇ 2027 ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ OPS ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਬਕਾਇਆ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤਬਾਦਲਾ ਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਜਦੋਂ ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ OPS ਦੀ ਬਹਾਲੀ, ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਭੱਤਾ ਦੇ ਬਕਾਏ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਵੱਡਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਕਰਜ਼ੇ ਹੇਠ ਦੱਬੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਪੈਸਾ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਆਵੇਗਾ ?
