ਜਦੋਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਂਸਦ “ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ” ਦੇ ਨਾਅਰੇ ਲਗਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ, ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਰਵਨੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਿੱਟੂ ਨੂੰ “ਗੱਦਾਰ ਦੋਸਤ” ਕਹਿਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਦਾ ਸੱਦਾ ਦੇਣਾ, ਆਪਣੇ ਨਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਗਭਗ ਸਮਝੌਤਾਵਾਦੀ ਲਹਿਜ਼ੇ ਕਰਕੇ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਇਆ, ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਿ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਤਿੱਖੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲ ਗਈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਖਿਸਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੂਰ ਜਾਣ ਦੇ ਸੰਦਰਭ ਵਿੱਚ, ਇਹ ਮੌਕਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਵਪਾਰਕ ਸੌਦੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਤੋਂ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਰਾਹੁਲ ਗਾਂਧੀ ਦਾ ਇਹ ਇਸ਼ਾਰਾ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਨਿਮਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਸੀ, ਜਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਇਹ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ-ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ, ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਹੁਣ ਦਲ-ਬਦਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀ ?

B) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟ ਰਹੇ ਅਧਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਰਣਨੀਤਕ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ-ਨਿਯੰਤਰਣ।

C) ਪ੍ਰਤੀਕਾਤਮਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ, ਜੋ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੀ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਸੌਦੇਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਕਾਬ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
