2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ, ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਾਇਲ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਗਾਇਬ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਏ। 2017 ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਹੇ ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਤੇ ਜਾਣਿਆ-ਪਛਾਣਿਆ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਹਨ, ਭਾਵੇਂ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਆਪ’ ਦੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 30,624 ਵੋਟਾਂ (24.3%) ਨਾਲ ਦੂਜਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਮਿਲਿਆ। ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਪਾਇਲ ਲਖਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਵੱਧ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਮੌਜੂਦਗੀ ਹੌਲੀ-ਹੌਲੀ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਅਹਿਮੀਅਤ ਮੁੜ ਬਣਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ? ਅਤੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ 2022 ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡਾ ਮੋੜ ਆਇਆ, ਉੱਥੇ ਕੀ ਸਰਗਰਮੀ ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਮਾਇਨੇ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਿਕ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਐਨੀ ਬਦਲ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਔਖੀ ਹੈ ?
